The Westerly, a Maradadi Pacific Production, is a lively, west coast current events television talk show located in Powell River that deals with local, regional, national, and international topics. The Westerly combines regional stories with featured profiles of local companies and organizations. Weekly issues are the topic of live phone-in discussions with invited guests.

Maradadi Pacific Productions is Gordon Wilson and Judi Tyabji Wilson’s production company. Wilson has years of experience in community theatre, directing, playwrighting, and music production; Tyabji Wilson has produced, hosted, written, and researched radio and television programs.

The first seasson of The Westerly, running in 2003, was a major sucess throughout Powell River. As of now, seasson two is still in production stages, and a release date has yet to be decided. Please check back for more details soon.
